黑色美食：Jinkoh Store Sunset in Jumeirah 朱美拉日落

這支作品有三個重點，很重要：

美食調色彩濃厚，甜味極強。
菸草與營造出的水煙氣味很明顯。
氣味很不穩定，受到環境影響極大。臺灣夏天戶外用不了，用了就整坨糊給你看，只剩下一股帶著 ​​Ethyl Maltol 氛圍的香草美食樹脂味。

這是一支怕甜、怕煙味的朋友都不適合，而且臺灣基本上只有秋冬能用的香水。
朱美拉日落很甜，非常甜，調香使使用了煙草與沉香樹脂平衡了這點。但這也導致作品受到氣候極大的影響：
一但環境中水氣增加，沉香與奶甜樹脂就會爆衝到氣味中心，糖果水煙與茶香幾近消失。同時，若氣溫上升，菸草、奶甜樹脂與辛香料就會成為作品主角。
因此在臺灣夏天兩兩疊加後，它會變成一隻平平無奇的美食菸草琥珀……

但對於秋冬季節，或是開著連續除濕的冷氣房來說，朱美拉日落又是另一個姿態。

朱美拉日落下手極重，爆炸性的甜蜜與菸草的氣息像一陣旋風向外爆散，又在下一刻被香料與樹脂壓回皮膚上，濃縮的氣味質感彷彿在向內塌縮，成為一個氣味黑洞——但與此同時，它的輪廓鮮明又張揚，主題性極其明確。

前調上皮，會有一股疑似香檸檬的強烈酸柑橘香氣閃過，接著快速進入煉乳香料茶的前調：甜膩、圓潤的奶甜琥珀，淡淡的茶感與辛香料夾雜期間，形成一個略帶異國風情的香料茶前調。
接著，一股糖果般的香甜氣味與強烈的煙草、煙氣感一同進場，香料茶染上頹廢的糖果煙味，玫瑰氣味的影子影影綽綽，這一段氣味極好也極美，但只有在乾燥且偏涼的環境中才能聞到：

繽紛多彩的糖果煙氣閃爍玫瑰的色澤，濃稠的豆蔻香料茶緩緩攪動，空氣中氣味的飽和度彷彿要凝為實物。沉香——此處是偏向皮革面向的乾燥木香，融進燃燒菸草的煙氣中，在噴雲吐霧之間，將甜美的氣息吸入肺腑。

Jinkoh Store 的 Sunset 系列理論上僅使用純天然原料，因此在持香上朱美拉日落遜於 Noir 系列。但朱美拉日落的擴散極好，尤其在低溼度的環境來說，糖果水煙的擴散範圍相當暴力。

我認為 Jinkoh Store 的朱美拉日落是一支致敬早期 Serge Lutens 黑暗美食調的作品——譬如 Fumerie Turque 土耳其煙館、Chergui 北非東風，以甜蜜為氣味印象，核心卻走向黑暗、深沉的黑色異國美食。

個人觀點的評分總結：

持香性：8（活躍期約前 4 小時）
實穿性：9（如美食甜蜜的濃稠樹脂水煙）
表現性：8~9（愈吸愈上癮的黑色美食，被不穩定這點扣分）
價格比：1（30ml / 20000 新臺幣）

This one isn’t for the sweet averse or smoke sensitive — and in the climate of East Asia, it’s strictly autumn & winter territory.

The opening flashes with a bright, citrusy zing — likely bergamot — before diving headfirst into something thick and heady: spiced milk tea with condensed milk, touched with amber, a hint of tea leaf, and some exotic spice.
Warm, sweet, and a little intoxicating.
Then comes the real shift — a swirl of candy-like sweetness wrapped in heavy tobacco smoke.
It’s lush and decadent: spicy milk tea now laced with burnt sugar and shadowy hints of rose.
When the air is dry and cool, this middle phase is stunning — like breathing in a rose-tinted cloud of spiced candy smoke.
As the scent deepens, oud emerges — dry, woody, and slightly leathery — blending into the smoky haze of burning tobacco.
The sweetness softens, sinks in, and becomes something you almost inhale rather than smell.

To me, Sunset in Jumeirah feels like a tribute to the darker gourmand phase of early Serge Lutens — fragrances like Fumerie Turque or Chergui: syrupy, spiced, and rich, but with a deep, smoldering core.
